Because above all, mothers are women and it is important that they take care of themselves first and foremost so that they can cope with the needs of the day.

A mom has many qualities in her daily life at the same time. She has to take care of the cleanliness of the house, the preparation of food, the care of the children, her workplace, etc. But she always forgets the most important thing. To take care of herself. So if she manages to change the process of some of her obligations a little, she will save a lot of time, resulting in some free time for herself. How can this be done?

Organization! The key to proper time management is organization.

Starting from a very basic part that moms understand, food. Many families have the habit of eating meals in the evening hours as dinner, as a result of which mom is forced to cook two times in a row. If we also think about all the in-between meals or preparing the children's breakfast, mom spends too many hours in the kitchen. So how can we reduce the time in the kitchen?

Every weekend we prepare the weekly plan for the following weeks and at the same time we create the supermarket list. We do the absolutely necessary shopping and thus save extra money on products that we would otherwise have left over and a lot of time thinking about what to cook every day.

During the weekend, after we have done our shopping, we prepare for the following weeks. More specifically, we can prepare the base of the meals, the salads, and maybe even prepare the first two meals of the week. This way we save 2 days of cooking and much more time in preparing the meals.

It is very important for the health of the whole family to avoid fried foods and heavy evening meals. In the evening, we prefer an omelet, chicken salad, baked egg rolls, salad with eggs or cheese, toast, yogurt with fruit-honey-nuts, tortillas of our choice, etc. This way we will be able to avoid extra cooking and protect the health of the whole family.

Another solution, especially for working moms, is second-day meals. Not bad at all and just as delicious. Cooked foods like stuffed meatballs, fried meatballs, baked chicken with potatoes, etc. can easily become the next day's meal.

We can store food in the freezer or in sterilized jars for the next week or for the end of the week.

Think about how much easier things will be just by thinking that you won't have to decide every day what your next meal will be and the fact that you won't be constantly going back and forth to the supermarket throughout the week.

We are always there for all mothers. We create personalized nutrition plans for everyone and why not consult your Dietitian - Nutritionist for the week's menu.

Good start to your new life that will include taking care of yourself!

"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false

33

post-3743","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-various
["GET
