My Metavolismos contains a series of herbal extracts such as Guarana, Siberian Ginseng, apple cider vinegar, green tea, cinnamon, capsaicin and caffeine that help stimulate the body.
My Metavolismos also contains all the B vitamins, vitamin D, iron, zinc and chromium. Ingredients necessary for the proper functioning of the metabolism. Iron deficiency, as well as vitamins such as B12, niacin and B6, is associated with symptoms such as fatigue, exhaustion, drowsiness, lack of concentration and weakness.
