To use the website and carry out transactions through it, you accept and confirm that you must be at least 18 years old. If minors nevertheless use the website and carry out transactions through it, the business bears no responsibility.

2. General terms

The business reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify, renew or revise the terms and conditions of use and transactions of the website whenever it deems necessary, and undertakes to inform the user of any change through the pages of this online shop. Any modifications do not affect orders already placed before their publication. For this reason, the user is advised to read these terms of use at regular intervals in order to be informed of any changes.

3. Information, Products and Services Provided

The business is committed to the accuracy, truthfulness, completeness and validity of the information provided on the website, regarding both the identity of the business and the transactions provided through the online shop, as well as the existence of the essential characteristics described in each case for each product and service it offers. The business, in good faith, is not liable for and is not bound by electronic data entries made in error/by oversight according to common experience and logic, and is entitled to correct them whenever it becomes aware of them. Nor is it liable for any technical or typographical errors that have escaped attention or arisen unintentionally or because of any interruptions in the operation of the website or due to force majeure.

The business reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice to the user, to cancel, suspend or terminate the operation of all or part of the website, and to check, restrict and delete anything not related to the proper use of the website, in order to safeguard its correct and intended use.

4. Limitation of Liability

In the context of its online shop transactions, the business is not liable and has no obligation to compensate for any harm or damage arising from the cancellation of an order, from its non-performance or from delay in its performance, for any reason. The online shop provides the content (e.g. information, photos, etc.) and the products available through the website «as is».

The presentation of the services and the general content of the website relating to health, prevention and nutrition are offered solely for advisory and informational purposes and may in no case be taken as personalised nutrition advice or opinions that the user should obtain individually for their case and follow to address any health or other problems concerning them, nor do they in any case imply any such relationship between the business and the user, nor do they constitute a medical diagnosis, treatment, or pharmaceutical or para-pharmaceutical therapy. It is expressly stated that the information and services provided through the website do not replace or supplement the work, diagnoses, treatment and therapy of the doctor, whom the user should consult if deemed necessary based on their state of health.

In no case shall the business be liable under civil or criminal law for any damage (positive, consequential, contractual, through negligence or otherwise, alternatively and/or cumulatively) that a user of the online shop or a third party may suffer for a reason related to the operation or non-operation and/or use of the website and/or the inability to provide services and/or information available through it and/or any unauthorised interference by third parties with services and/or information available through it.

The above limitations of liability do not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence of the business, nor do they affect rights granted to consumers by mandatory provisions of law.

In addition, users acknowledge that all success stories of other users and clients of the business that are posted as their own experiences on the website are strictly personal, and in no case should the achievement of the same results be taken for granted for every user and client.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content of the website, including trade names, marks, images, graphics, photos, designs, texts, etc., is the intellectual property of the business and is protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions. Any copying, transfer or creation of derivative work based on this content, or misleading the public as to the actual provider of the website, is prohibited. The full or partial extraction, reproduction, republication, uploading, announcement, dissemination or transmission or any other use of the content in any way or by any means for commercial or other purposes is permitted only with the prior written consent of the business or any other copyright holder.

The names, images, logos and distinctive marks displayed and describing this website or the products and services of the business or third parties are the property of the business or the third parties respectively, protected by the relevant laws on trademarks, industrial and intellectual property and unfair competition. Their appearance and display on the website should in no way be taken as a transfer or assignment of a licence or grant of a right to use them by third parties.

6. Obligations – User Responsibility

The user agrees and undertakes to use the services, information and data of the website as provided by law and in accordance with the rules of good faith and fair trading practice. They are obliged not to use the website to send, publish, e-mail or otherwise transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, disturbing, slanderous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, violates another person’s privacy, shows hostility, or expresses racial, ethnic or other discrimination, may harm minors in any way, may not lawfully be transmitted under legislation or contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information obtained or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements), infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of third parties, contains software viruses or any other code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or impede the operation of any computer software or hardware, intentionally or unintentionally violates applicable Greek and EU legislation and its provisions, may harass third parties in any way, or any content used to collect or store users’ personal data.

Use of the website for illegal purposes entails civil and criminal penalties. The user accepts and agrees that the business bears no responsibility of any kind for content with the above characteristics which originates from third parties and is hosted on the website, and in no case may the business be considered to accept such content.

The user accepts that if they cause damage to the website or to the electronic systems on which it is hosted, they are liable for any damage resulting from that action and bear all costs of repairing any kind of damage. In addition, the user agrees and accepts liability to indemnify the business and its partners in the event of a dispute between the business and third parties due to content the user posts or publishes, or in the event of inaccurate registration or updating of their details, and more generally in any case of any breach of these terms of use.

By way of example, by using the services the user declares and warrants that:

  • They have full legal capacity and unreservedly accept these Terms.
  • They have reached the legal age and are not a minor.
  • They will use the services exclusively for lawful and authorised purposes, in accordance with applicable legislation and these Terms.
  • They will not access or interact with the platform through automated means (such as bots, scripts or other non-human interfaces), unless express permission has been given by the website.
  • They will not use the services in a way that could cause damage, interruption or burden to the operation of the platform, nor for misleading, malicious or unfair activity.
  • The use of the services does not violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right.

If the information provided by the user proves to be false, inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, the website reserves the right to suspend or delete their account, to refuse access to or use of any service, present or future, and to take any legal action to protect its rights.

7. Purchase – Ordering Process

In order to purchase a product or service of the business through the website, the user selects the desired product or service, adds it to the shopping cart and then goes to the checkout page.

To complete the order, the user must enter their first name, surname, company name (optional), country/region, address, town/city, region, postcode, phone (landline or mobile) and email address. The user may choose whether or not to create a personal account with the above details, and may write notes about their order that they wish the business to read.

If the order includes physical products, the user also chooses the desired shipping method, in accordance with section 10 of these terms. The shipping cost is calculated automatically and shown in the order summary before it is submitted.

If the user chooses to create a personal account, after completing the order they will receive an email at the address they provided, containing their username and a link to set a new password for logging into their personal account on the website. For each subsequent login to their personal account, they will use the email address they provided together with the password they set. Note that the user may change the password to one of their choice through their personal account options.

In the shopping cart the user can see all the products and services they intend to order, the purchase cost of each, the shipping cost and the total cost of the order. Finally, to submit the order the user must choose the payment method and whether they wish to subscribe to the business’s mailing list in order to receive emails about discounts and information on the products and services offered. Note that the order form allows the user to enter any coupon they may have.

The purchase contract between the business and the user/client is deemed concluded and valid from the moment they submit their order on the website, always provided that payment for the selected product or service has been approved.

After the purchase contract is concluded, the user/client will receive an email at the address they provided, with the details of their order and its cost.

8. Transaction security

The user’s connection to this website is secure, because TLS/SSL (Transport Layer Security / Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology with a 256-bit AES algorithm is used. This technology relies on a cryptographic key to encrypt data before it is sent over the connection. The security check between the data and the server is based on this unique key, securing the communication. In this way the user’s data are protected from any unauthorised access or disclosure, loss or misuse, and alteration or destruction.

The business does not store and has no access to your card details. They are processed exclusively by the payment service providers, which are PCI-DSS certified and are supervised payment institutions.

9. Payment Methods

To serve the users of the website, the following payment methods are available:

9.1 Debit or Credit Card (via Viva.com)

The user can pay for their order with a debit, credit or prepaid card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) through the secure Viva.com payment platform. With this option, the user is transferred to the secure Viva.com environment, where they enter their card details. The transaction is completed with strong customer authentication (3-D Secure), in accordance with the PSD2 directive.

Apple Pay, Google Pay and instant IRIS Payments are also supported through Viva.com.

Credit card instalments: for orders over €100 you can pay in up to two (2) instalments, and for orders over €200 in up to three (3) instalments. This option depends on the bank that issued your card and requires that the card supports instalments.

9.2 PayPal

The user can pay through their PayPal account, being transferred to the secure PayPal environment using their personal credentials.

9.3 Revolut Pay

The user can complete their payment via Revolut Pay, using their Revolut account.

9.4 Bank transfer

The user can prepay their order by depositing the total amount directly into the business’s bank account. The payment reference must state the Order Number (ID), as shown after submitting the order. The account details are sent in the order confirmation email. The order is dispatched only after the amount has been credited to the business’s account. Any bank transfer fees are borne by the sender.

10. Service Provision and Shipping Methods

The services offered are provided either at the physical premises of the business or by electronic means, i.e. either by sending emails or by using electronic messaging and video-conferencing programs (including but not limited to Viber, Zoom, Webex, Skype, Messenger, Instagram, etc.).

If the parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or because of incomplete address details, the provisions of section 11 of these terms apply.

10.7 Services

For orders that include only services provided at the business’s premises or by electronic means, there is no shipping cost.

11. Withdrawal, Returns and Cancellations Policy

11.1 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) calendar days, without giving any reason and without any charge other than those provided for below, in accordance with articles 3ib to 3ith of Law 2251/1994, as in force (Directive 2011/83/EU).

The 14-day period begins:

  • For products: from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the product.
  • For an order of multiple products delivered separately: from the day the last product is received.
  • For services: from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement before the period expires, in one of the following ways:

Email: ORDERS[@]ALEXIADOUAGGELIKI.GR
Phone: 25210 30380 (Monday-Friday 09:00-21:00, Saturday 09:00-14:00)
By post: NUTRIGLOW LAB EE, Pavlou Mela 28, 546 22 Thessaloniki

You may optionally use the model withdrawal form at the end of this section, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the 14 days expire. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal by email.

11.2 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with article 3ib par. 3 of Law 2251/1994, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Sealed products which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery. This category includes food supplements and face and body care products supplied sealed. If the original seal (film, sealing sticker or safety cap) has been broken, the product cannot be returned.
  • Products which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as personalised nutrition programmes.
  • Services that have been fully performed, where performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
  • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. electronic files, guides, videos), where performance began with your prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right.
  • Laboratory test results (e.g. DNA test, microbiome analysis, metabolic measurements) from the moment the test has been performed or the sample has been sent for analysis.

11.3 Conditions for returning a product

For the return to be accepted, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition, with its original packaging intact and its seal unbroken.
  • Be accompanied by the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  • Be accompanied by any gifts or promotional items that came with it.
  • Not have been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary as above. In that case, the business is entitled to withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to the diminished value.

The product must be returned without undue delay and in any event within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal.

11.4 Cost of return

If you exercise the right of withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the product. As an indication, this cost is estimated at €3.50 to €6.00 for courier shipping within Greece, depending on weight and destination.

Conversely, the cost of return is borne entirely by the business in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or not in conformity.
  • You were sent the wrong product, wrong quantity or wrong variant.
  • The product was damaged during transport.

In these cases, you will be sent a prepaid return voucher or a collection from your address will be arranged, at no cost to you.

Returns sent carriage forward (charged to the recipient) are not accepted unless previously agreed with the business.

11.5 Return procedure

Step 1: Contact us at ORDERS[@]ALEXIADOUAGGELIKI.GR or on 25210 30380, stating the Order Number (ID), the product you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Step 2: You will receive written confirmation with the shipping instructions and the return address.

Step 3: Pack the product securely, preferably in the original shipping packaging, and enclose a copy of the proof of purchase.

Step 4: Send the parcel with a courier of your choice to the address you will be given. Keep the proof of shipment.

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will inform you by email of the approval of the return and proceed with the refund.

11.6 Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including the initial delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw.

Clarifications:

  • If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery we offer, we are not obliged to refund the difference.
  • In case of a partial return (you return only part of the order), shipping costs are not refunded.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent it, whichever is earlier.

The refund is made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees for this refund. Specifically:

  • Card payment via Viva.com: the refund is made to your card. The crediting time depends on the issuing bank and usually ranges from 3 to 10 working days.
  • Payment via PayPal or Revolut Pay: the refund is made to the corresponding account.
  • Payment by bank transfer: the refund is made by bank transfer to the bank account you indicate. For this purpose you will be asked for the IBAN and the full name of the account holder.

A credit note is issued for each refund and sent to you by email.

11.7 Defective products – Legal guarantee of conformity

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, as a consumer you are protected by the legal guarantee of conformity for two (2) years from delivery of the product, in accordance with articles 5 et seq. of Law 2251/1994, as in force after Law 4967/2022 (Directive (EU) 2019/771).

If you find a lack of conformity, you are entitled, at your choice, to repair or replacement of the product at no cost to you and, under the conditions of the law, a proportionate price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

Please check the parcel on receipt. If you notice visible damage to the packaging, you can refuse delivery or note the damage on the courier’s delivery note. For defects found after opening, contact us within a reasonable time, also sending photos of the product and packaging, so that the process can be speeded up.

11.8 Cancelling an order before dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request its cancellation at no charge by contacting us at ORDERS[@]ALEXIADOUAGGELIKI.GR or on 25210 30380. The money is refunded in full within fourteen (14) calendar days.

The business reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of stock depletion, an obvious error in the stated price, inability to confirm payment or force majeure. In that case you will be informed immediately and the amount will be refunded in full.

11.9 Parcel not collected

If the parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, because of wrong or incomplete address details or because you did not respond to the courier’s notifications, we will contact you. In case of re-dispatch, the new shipping costs are borne by you. If you choose cancellation, the amount is refunded to you less the costs of the original shipment and of the parcel’s return.

Specifically for deliveries to a BOX NOW locker, the parcel remains available for three (3) days and is then returned automatically.

11.10 Cancelling and rescheduling service appointments

For services provided by appointment (nutrition support sessions, measurements, body treatments), the following apply:

  • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge, provided you inform us at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled time.
  • In case of cancellation at shorter notice or non-attendance without notice, the business reserves the right to consider the session as having taken place.
  • The above do not affect the 14-day right of withdrawal, as described in subsection 11.1, for services whose performance has not yet begun.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the business that operates the website and its user/client. No amendment of them will be taken into account or form part of any contract concluded unless it has first been made in writing and incorporated into these terms of use.

The courts of the city of Thessaloniki, where the business has its registered office, have jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise from these terms. Specifically for consumers, this clause does not affect their right to go to the courts of their place of residence, in accordance with consumer protection provisions.
