March 25th is often accompanied by festive meals and events that can lead to excessive food and drink consumption. A three-day reset plan can help the body return to balance and rejuvenate after the festive excesses.
Our goal is always to return to our healthy habits and balance after a dietary deviation and under no circumstances to seek extreme, depriving solutions.
