RESET 25

Detox fruit and vegetable juices in bottles
25 March often comes with festive meals and events that can lead to overeating and drinking. A 3-day reset plan can help the body regain its balance and feel refreshed after the festive excesses. Our aim after a dietary slip is always to return to our healthy habits and balance – and never to look for extreme, restrictive solutions. So I'm here to give you the reset guide. Day 1
  • Breakfast: Start with a green smoothie (spinach, cucumber, apple, lemon and a little ginger) for detoxification and energy.
  • Snack:  1 fruit and 10 almonds
  • Lunch: A large bowl of green vegetable salad, avocado, roasted legumes for protein, and pumpkin seeds.
  • Afternoon: 1 glass of kefir and 1 fruit
  • Dinner: Steamed fish with steamed vegetables for a light and nutritious choice.
  • Supplements: Drink plenty of water throughout the day and water away 3 times a day.

  • Day 2
  • Breakfast: Prefer oatmeal with fresh fruit and a few nuts to start the day with energy and fiber.
  • Snack: 1 glass of kefir
  • Lunch: Whole grain quinoa with vegetables and turmeric for anti-inflammatory benefits.
  • Afternoon: 1 handful of nuts
  • Dinner: White meat with colorful salad for a balanced meal.
  • Supplements: Drink plenty of water throughout the day and water away 3 times a day.
Day 3
  • Breakfast: Strawberry bowl with 1 banana, 1 cup berries, and ½ cup milk of your choice. Garnish with chia and granola.
  • Snack : 2 breadsticks
  • Lunch: Salad with green vegetables, avocado, chicken, corn and a light lemon dressing.
  • Afternoon : 5-6 strawberries and 10 almonds
  • Dinner: Salmon or other fatty fish with a side of grilled vegetables for omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants.
  • Supplements: Drink plenty of water throughout the day and water away 3 times a day.
    Tips for Every Day:
  • Hydration: Hydrate adequately daily to help your body eliminate toxins and avoid retention.
  • Physical Activity. Make sure to include at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise in your program each week.
  • Sleep: Ensure 7-8 hours of good quality sleep every night to replenish your energy stores and enhance your body's recovery.
By following this three-day plan, we set a good foundation for recovery and balance in our diet. Of course, personalization leads to better results while offering safety and well-being.
