In-person sessions are defined as sessions that are held in our office after a phone appointment. Here, we have the opportunity to get to know each other personally, develop personal relationships, and build a strong body through nutrition and the state-of-the-art services we provide.

During your first In-Person appointment, we welcome you to our space, in a beautiful and warm environment. Next, our first appointment takes place where we take your nutritional and clinical history, learn about your individual and daily needs, study your body image through Body Composition Analysis and build the appropriate personalized nutrition program.

However, until our next session we are in touch for anything you need. The frequency of subsequent sessions is determined by your needs and goals. In each subsequent session we discuss and analyze your questions, there is continuous nutritional education, Body Composition measurement to update your progress and we create a personalized nutrition plan exactly based on your needs.

All office services are at your disposal, either to inform you about them or to provide them to you during any visit you wish.
