Online Appointments: For several years now my office has offered remote appointments, held via video call or by phone. Today our obligations keep growing, which is why we are always looking for ways to help you save time on travel and more. Online sessions are a great help.
Online Appointments: The process is very simple. After a phone call to give you all the information, we book the earliest appointment that suits you and meet via any online platform you prefer. Whether we use the camera or the phone is entirely up to you.
Remote appointments have many benefits, and the results are excellent – just as good as in-person sessions. Some of the benefits:
- Sessions are always held face to face via video call (unless you prefer another format, e.g. by phone) on Instagram, Facebook, Viber and more.
- All your nutrition education materials are sent to you electronically.
- With tape measurements at specific points of the body (we send clear, easy-to-follow instructions), we can get a picture equivalent to a Body Composition Analysis.
- You can have your appointment without leaving your home. This saves you valuable time and travel costs, and makes access easy for people with mobility problems or people who cannot travel (e.g. new mums, older people,
- We are available to assist you with any questions you may have by phone or via messages.
- For people who feel more comfortable starting sessions from the safety of their own personal space.
- For people suffering from seasonal flu, etc.
There is the possibility of collaborating with people who are out of town and with people who are abroad.
