5 Morning Routine Tips
Well begun is half done, they say… The start of each day can shape how it unfolds. So starting the day with a smile, good mood and energy becomes our priority.
When it comes to nutrition in particular, starting the day well hydrated and with a proper, complete breakfast helps keep blood sugar levels stable and gives better control over hunger and food intake.
Tip Number 1.
Start the day with proper hydration. Make a warm, fragrant tea with ginger and lemon. Each ingredient has its own purpose. Overall: hydration, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory action!
Tip Number 2.
Eat a tasty, healthy and nutritious breakfast. Serve it in your favourite dish and enjoy it! It will give you the energy you need for a strong start to the day and lay the foundations for the rest of it – nutritionally and overall.
Tip Number 3.
Walk to work. Or generally, make exercise part of your daily life. It brings wellbeing, a good mood and certainly a better metabolism. Don't neglect it. Park your car a little further away, get off a stop earlier, or set off on foot from home!
Tip Number 4.
Use your favourite face scrub. Certainly not every day, but 2–3 times a week we should help our face renew its cells and support its nourishment and hydration. Scrub it!
Tip Number 5 .
Last but not least, meditate… It's very important to start the day calmly and with positive energy. So let's set aside 10 minutes from our busy routine at the start of the day to focus on our thoughts, needs and wishes. It relieves anxiety and helps our inner calm.
