- My Metavolismos: B vitamins, vitamin D3, iron, zinc, chromium and plant ingredients (guarana, green tea, Siberian ginseng, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, cayenne pepper), as well as caffeine. Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and iron contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Xtra Weight Loss: glucomannan, chromium, vitamin B6, zinc and iodine. Glucomannan, in the context of an energy-restricted diet, contributes to weight loss.* Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.
- Water Away: potassium, magnesium, vitamin B6 and plant ingredients (alfalfa, juniper, dandelion, parsley, gotu kola, ginger, celery seeds, citrus bioflavonoids, kelp). Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients, instructions for use, Contraindications
Contains caffeine (My Metavolismos and Xtra Weight Loss, up to about 280 mg per day at the maximum dose of both). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Avoid other sources of caffeine (coffee, energy drinks) during use.
Vitamin B6: all three products contain vitamin B6, Xtra Weight Loss and Water Away in high doses. Long-term intake of high doses of B6 may cause numbness or tingling in the hands and feet; in that case, stop taking it. Consult your dietitian or doctor before combining the products and do not take any other supplement containing B6.
Glucomannan (Xtra Weight Loss) must be taken with plenty of water. Swallowing it without enough fluid may cause choking. Not recommended for people with difficulty swallowing.
Not to be used without medical advice by people with hypertension, cardiovascular problems, kidney disease, a thyroid condition or caffeine sensitivity, or who are taking medication, especially antihypertensives, diuretics, potassium supplements or anticoagulants.
Allergens: Water Away contains celery. Not suitable for people allergic to plants of the nightshade family (cayenne pepper, My Metavolismos).

Το water away ενταξει δεν νομίζω να υπάρχει αλλο αντάξιο του…ΟΝΤΩΣ σε ξεφουσκώνει. Τα παιρνω κοντα στο μηνα και εχω δει τρομερη διαφορα οπως επίσης και το Μy metabolismos και το Xtra weight loss…εχω αντισταση στην ινσουλίνη και θεωρώ πως με βοήθησαν παρα πολυ στο κομμάτι αυτο και στο κομμάτι της λιγουρας
