Xtra Fibre & Prebiotics
Dosage: 1–2 capsules, 30–45 minutes before a meal, always with at least 250 ml of water.
High in fibre. Sugar beet fibre contributes to an increase in faecal bulk.
My Berberine
Dosage: 1 capsule shortly before a large meal, with a glass of water. Do not exceed 3 capsules per day.
Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and to normal macronutrient metabolism. Zinc contributes to normal carbohydrate metabolism.
My Magnesium
Dosage: 1 to 3 capsules in the evening, 1 hour before bedtime, with a glass of water.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal psychological function and to normal muscle function.

Xtra Fibre must always be taken with plenty of water (at least 250 ml). Taking it without enough fluid may cause choking or obstruction. Not recommended for people with difficulty swallowing. Take the fibre at least 2 hours apart from medicines.
Consult your doctor before use if you are taking medication, especially antidiabetic drugs (e.g. metformin, insulin), antibiotics or anticoagulants, or if you have kidney failure.
