We still have time!

There is still time – Detox Thursday No.1

The truth is that in the summer it is very easy to get off our diet plan and even more difficult to make the decision to start a diet program. It is the heat, the unexpected excursions, the vacations we have been waiting for so long, the taverns by the sea, the cocktails and ice creams, that make it difficult for us to maintain or reach our target weight, but we are stronger than all of this!

It's not too late, even now, to make a decision and together for a month to take care so that we go on vacation having conquered a better version of ourselves! So every Thursday, for the next month I will prepare new nutritional ideas and solutions for you and me to follow. This way we will leave room for a freer P-S-K. Therefore, whatever happens during the week will be put in order on this day. Shall we start?
