Detox Thursday No.3

Shall I remind you what day it is today? It's Thursday! And what did I promise you for the Thursdays of this month? Detox day!

I never forget a promise, especially if it means I can be useful and help you feel better.

In keeping with the summer mood, today's meal plan will be simple and refreshing.

LUNCHVegetable ratatouille (4 large, firm tomatoes, 1 red & 1 yellow pepper
1 aubergine, 1 large courgette, 1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp dried oregano, 2 tbsp olive oil
50 ml water

A Thursday full of vegetables and fruit will give our body a very strong antioxidant boost, strengthen the immune system with vitamins and trace elements, and at the same time replace the fluids we lose on these hot days!

And whatever's left over? We save it for the following days!

Why not?

I look forward to your feedback!

See you again next Thursday!
