DETOX 15-AUGUST

Detox after 15 August

As we have said, holidays are for interrupting our daily routine, for changing things up a bit so that we don't get bored and tired of the routine of everyday life. So I hope you all enjoyed this past weekend, that you were in beautiful places with your loved ones!

Because I know you ate a little too much, I want to tell you that you did well! The body needs both variety and irregularities.

However, it also needs a detox program the next day, to recover and eliminate toxins and retention. In this way, we maintain a healthy body weight, and a balanced diet that nourishes the mind and body.

So there you go!
