Three-Day Recovery Plan

Three-Day Recovery Plan
Nutrition is a way of life and requires constant effort, discipline and education. However, the key to achieving this is balance. So we don't reject any food group or create 'guilty' and forbidden foods. In a balanced meal plan everything fits, in the right measure, quantity and frequency. Of course, on holiday we'll do the obvious: we'll take a b-r-e-a-k from our eating routine, be active in company and open to trying new flavours and eating without guilt. When we return to our everyday routine, however, it's important to follow a lighter meal plan so that holiday kilos don't build up. We deal with them straight away, which makes it easier for us and for our body. We never go to extremes or deprive ourselves; we simply keep a consistent check on calorie intake and the type of food. After my own holidays I also watch my meal plan to get back on track – and I'm sharing my 3-day reset with you.
