So without further ado, here's a three-day, healthy & light recovery plan. We're all worried that after the Christmas battle we've fallen off track and wondering how we'll cope with the New Year's tables.
The main tip of the day is not to count our bites so that we can freely enjoy the festive days that come once a year. However, given that there is a gap between Christmas and New Year's, why not take advantage of it to eat a balanced diet and eliminate unnecessary fluids and retention from our body?
My mission is to be here for you every day of the year with nutritional advice and guidance for a better level of health.
Happy New Year!
