My Berberine by ACTIVE WOMAN is a food supplement with berberine hydrochloride from Berberis aristata plant extract. It also contains 8 more ingredients: alpha-lipoic acid, Gymnema sylvestre, Ceylon cinnamon, piperine, vitamin B6, biotin, zinc and chromium.
