- My Inositol: myo-inositol, D-chiro-inositol, vitamins B6, B12, folic acid, selenium, chasteberry. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
- My Berberine: berberine, chromium, zinc, biotin, B6. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails.
- My Magnesium: magnesium in 3 forms and B6. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function.
