Ingredients: Myo-inositol, HPMC capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), stabiliser (microcrystalline cellulose), chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), D-chiro-inositol, cinnamon, selenium, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, P5P), resveratrol, folic acid (methylfolate), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
Instructions for use:
Take 1–2 capsules daily with a light meal. In an intensive protocol the dose may be increased to 3–4 capsules daily. Do not exceed 4 capsules daily.
